Zsanett Andrási, physiotherapist, standing by the treatment table

My path as a physiotherapist in Budapest began at Semmelweis University, where I learned the foundations of how the body works. The world of manual techniques has always been close to me, but over time I realized that the physical approach alone does not offer a complete picture.

I increasingly noticed that a person's condition is shaped not only by their body, but also by the everyday burdens, emotions, and inner processes they carry — and these deserve just as much attention.

As I met more and more people, it became clear to me that pain is never purely physical. We all carry stories, unspoken feelings, and stress, and these influence the body just as much as any injury. This is why, in my work, I strive to help those who come to me find not only physical relief, but also a sense of emotional ease.

My approach to healing

In my treatments, I combine the knowledge of modern Western physiotherapy and manual therapy with traditional and intuitive approaches that help us connect more deeply with ourselves. I believe that healing becomes truly complete when the body and the soul are able to attune to each other again.

My aim is to offer a calm, supportive environment where people can experience both physical and emotional relief. I hope that after our time together, they leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and more connected to themselves.

True renewal often arises from attentive presence and an atmosphere of trust — and I wish to be a companion in this process for all who turn to me.
